Perfume vs Body Spritzer, what's the difference?

First of all let’s make sure there’s no confusion, all our fragrances are 100% natural! The natural fragrances that we use are plant based and solely from natural raw botanical pure essential oils and aromatic isolates.

Our Cassie Kids® perfumes, colognes as well as our body spritzers all have natural fragrances. The main difference is the base of spray.

Our natural perfume base is formulated using only natural ingredients and sugarcane alcohol (ethanol) and is fully denatured. Ethyl alcohol is obtained by direct fermentation and distillation of sugarcane.

This does however mean it is slightly stronger than being a pure water base. It also means the fragrance lasts much longer. As a caution though, denatured alcohol is not recommended for extremely sensitive skin and especially not babies. It can be irritating and can tend to dry out the skin.

On the other hand our natural body spritzers have no ethanol and are a combination of hydrosols and rose water. This means they are much lighter but the fragrance also lasts much shorter compared to a perfume.
